How do I place my order?
To place an order:

Add items to your shopping cart.

Choose checkout via our website or PayPal:

For website checkout, click the “Checkout” button.

For PayPal, click the PayPal button.

Enter your email, name, and shipping address.

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the Discount field and click Apply.

Continue to the Shipping Method page, then the Payment Method page.

Enter your payment details and click Complete Order.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order summary.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?
If you received an incorrect or missing item, email us at support@belroselane.com with your Order # and a photo (file under 1MB).
We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost—and you may keep the wrongly shipped item as a gift.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@belroselane.com as soon as possible with your Order # and request.
Cancellations or amendments after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
When will my order be delivered?

How can I track my order?

Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs. Please allow 3–5 days after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear.
Will I be charged extra fees upon delivery?
In rare cases, customs or local couriers may charge additional fees or import taxes, especially in remote areas. Please settle these directly with your local courier if required.
